We’re very pleased with Lancaster Orthodontic Associates for braces. It’s our second round of braces, so we can compare. Their technology is new and amazing. No more gagging to get a mouth impression. Appointments were always timely, and we could schedule between 3 offices. The staff working at their offices are so kind, personable, and professional.

We really have loved our LOA experiences! We seldom wait more than 15 minutes. And the appointments are efficient. The staff is friendly. We had a very enjoyable conversation this morning with the receptionist for a solid 5-7 minutes. So pleasant and happy. It has been a great experience for us in our braces trek.

This is my second child in braces, and I recommend them to everyone. The check-in staff are very personable, the assistants really make the patients feel good and comfortable, and educate the patients on at-home care. The orthodontists remember their alumni patients and really just treat everyone so kindly. Top-notch equipment and fantastic customer service!

LOA Orthodontics treated both of my kids. Our experience was so successful that I decided it was my turn after both kids had finished their treatments! I have wanted straight teeth since I was a young child, and I’m SO happy that I made the decision to move forward with it! All three of us were treated by Dr. Manny Lamichane, and he was fabulous! We also had the opportunity to see Dr.Wentzel, Dr. Snyder, and Dr.Connors – and each doctor brought the same level of professionalism, attention, and warmth to every appointment.

We strongly recommend this practice! The doctors and staff are highly skilled and super-kind people. Our two daughters had complex orthodontic issues, and each had a deliberate, multi-phase treatment plan that was so well executed. At every visit, we were well informed and welcomed so warmly! Beautiful results—technically and aesthetically. We are so grateful to Dr. Manny, Dr. Snyder, and the whole wonderful care team at LOA!

I have two children receiving treatment at LOA right now. The staff there could not be more exceptional! Dr. Snyder explained our options very clearly, and we decided on the best course of action for our child.
We are always greeted warmly and seen on time. The coffee in the waiting area is pretty great, too!

This practice has been so incredible to work with, from Kathleen and her judgement free consultation, to always seeing Jenn’s smiling face at check-in and out, to your fantastic doctors and techs. I had the privilege of being cared for by Dr. Wentzel most of my visits and today she presented me my new smile. Shout out to the tech who helped today, Justine, who answered all of my questions thoroughly and eased my anxieties throughout the whole process. This is the first time in my 27 years of life that I love my smile and I am so grateful to LOA for that.

Everyone who works at LOA Orthodontics is professional and very helpful. Their office is very efficiently run so I never have a long wait, which I so appreciate with my busy schedule. But best of all, the Invisalign process is fascinating! It’s amazing how quickly I saw improvement! This was so worth it!

I’ve been going to LOA for many years now. I have my final appointment in a week. I started going in middle school and I am well out of high school. I needed a lot of work, and LOA took such exceptional care of me the entire time. I never felt like I wasn’t a top priority. The staff is amazing (special shoutout to Dr. Manny!) and the buildings are new and updated and clean. I would highly recommend this orthodontic office.
