MICKI CARPER

Micki has been with LOA for 27 years and is our office manager. Affectionately nicknamed “Mom”, there is no aspect of the office that Micki does not oversee in some way. Micki and her husband, Terry, have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. She sings in choir at Hempfield Church of the Brethren, plays with her grandchildren, hikes, gardens, and attends Disaster Relief missions.

MINDY LEAMAN

Mindy has been with LOA for 20 years. She has recently been promoted to Front Desk Supervisor, in addition to her role as Insurance Coordinator. Mindy enjoys time with her husband, John, their daughters Olivia and Sophie, and Lady, their black lab. She teaches 4-year-olds at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mount Joy and spends her free time reading, going to the beach, and heading to the mountains.

MARY DALE

Mary has been greeting patients for LOA for 28 years. In addition, Mary also helps coordinate doctor schedules across all three offices – no easy task! Mary is active on her church’s mission committee at the Lampeter United Methodist Church. She also is a Stampin Up! Demonstrator and holds classes and workshops. Whenever there is a staff birthday, Mary makes a fantastic card. Her other interests include traveling with her husband Larry, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

ELLEN MCCART

Ellen has been an appointment coordinator with LOA for 5 years. She is married to Jim and they have 3 sons, 2 of them twins. Ellen is active in her church, works out at LA Fitness and is a member of a walking club. She loves to cook, travel, read, garden, and scrapbook. Ellen and Jim also enjoy bike riding the many rails to trails in Penn.

CATHY SANTANGELO

Cathy joined LOA in 2008 and has been a fantastic addition to our team! Living in Denver, PA, Cathy is married with 3 daughters, 1 grandson, 7 granddogs and 4 grandcats. She enjoys speding time with her grandson, walking and crocheting.

ERIN HEVERLING

Erin joined LOA in 2008 and has fit in wonderfully! She lives in Manheim with her husband Duane, two daughters Kelly and Allsion and two kittens Princeton and Leo. Erin is an active member of Lancaster County Bible Church and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She frequently hosts dinner parties, goes to the movies and most of all, enjoys a sunny day at the beach.
